Job Description
  • Supporting ASM and assisting customers when the ASM is unavailable
  • Responding to all emails in a timely manner
  • Serving as the primary contact for all customer-related issues (change order, expedite, push out/cancellations, FA, RMA, credit/debit memo, stock rotation, ship & debit, etc.)
  • Handling customer inquiries (price quotation, L/T, stock check, product info, sample requests)
  • Processing all orders (manual/EDI), RMA, credit/debit, stock rotation & ship & debit entries
  • POS reconciliation
  • VMI 3rd party warehouse fulfillment & support
  • EDI, VMI forecast support
  • Maintaining backlog
  • Providing inside sales support and liaising between Sales, Finance, Quality, Marketing, & Shipping
  • Tracking regional monthly budgets
  • Preparing regional rep performance reports
  • Tracking EMS monthly business reports
  • Analyzing EMS quarterly awards and preparing contract price files
  • Managing customer contract price files & RFQs
  • Tracking samples & opportunities
  • Providing backup support for team members
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BS or BA)
  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • Ability to work effectively under stress
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with customers and internally
  • Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a self-starter mindset
  • Ability to network and leverage virtual team resources
  • Desire to work in a competitive environment
