Third Person in Charge

Albertsons - 555 East Calaveras Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Works primarily closing shifts to run total store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director;
Supervise all employees and handle customer complaints in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director;
Administers training to new employees and coordinates hiring needs and interviews;
Performs ordering, receiving, storing, pricing, stocking, and merchandising duties;
Coordinates with late shift employees/department leads in planning, organizing, and directing day-to-day operations of the store during the late shift and special sales/AD needs
