Incoming Quality Control Inspector

Our client, a leading organization in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Incoming Quality Control Inspector to join their team. As an Incoming Quality Control Inspector, you will be an essential part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the inspection and verification processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Incoming Quality Control Inspector

Location: Milpitas, CA

Pay Range: $25.00/hr

Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Perform incoming parts inspection based on customer-approved vendor lists and specifications.
• Accept or reject parts according to inspection results and documented standards.
• Manage materials movement from receiving to stockroom or warehouse areas.
• Check component values and verify against datasheets and specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure quality compliance.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of one year of inspection experience in SMT and through-hole printed circuit boards
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints accurately
• Experience with component identification, marking, and verifying MPN
• Proficiency in transacting parts in SAP or similar database systems (SAP experience is a plus)
