FQA Inspector

Overview

Our client, a leading player in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a FQA Inspector to join their team. As a FQA Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the inspection and assurance of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: FQA Inspector

Location: Milpitas, CA

Pay Range: $23.00 - $24.50/hr

Schedule: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

• Responsible for PCBA inspection (defect detection) of SMT, TH & Mech. parts.
• Knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing Process Instructions, product documentation, and deviation implementation.
• Responsible for FA inspection process.
• Responsible for scanning into the DGS system.
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Minimum of three to five years’ experience in Quality Assurance Control/Inspection process (PCBA and Electro-Mechanical components).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements.
• Familiarity with FDA-STD requirements is a plus.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and optical test equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
