Quality Control Quality Assurance - Returns Large Equipment (SAP Preferred)

Johnson Service Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Returns Technician to perform visual inspection of large hospital equipment and capital equipment. – SAP experience preferred. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year experience conducting visual inspections of materials
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Contract position

• Ability to read Bills of Materials
• Perform detailed visual inspection of material to determine product quality where limits may not be clearly defined
• Record and report results of inspections, material discrepancies, and defect data using SAP
• Appropriate timely and efficient movement and disposition of material and movement of acceptable product into use
• Coordinate with logistics personnel to ensure timely movement and processing of material
• Make recommendation on disposition of questionable product to Quality Returns Technicians
• Good to proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite and SAP preferred
• Good organizational, listening, and verbal/written communication skills with demonstrated ability to follow instructions and processes
• Able to work as part of a team (collaborate)

• Warehouse environment
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
