Compensation: $65.00+ per hour | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Local Territory Only:
  Your patients are strictly in Santa Clara County / South Bay. You will never be asked to drive to San Francisco or the East Bay.

  Our back office is staffed by licensed clinicians who know exactly what you are going through. Need to call a doctor? Running late? We handle the logistics so you can focus purely on the patient.

• Highly Competitive Rates:
  Earn $65.00+ per hour. (Rates may vary based on experience).

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the patient's individual Plan of Care during weekend hours.
• Collaborate effectively with the Interdisciplinary Team (PT, OT, ST, MSW) to ensure holistic outcomes.
• Evaluate patient progress, reporting any critical changes to the Case Manager or Director of Nursing.
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly using our AI‑powered charting software.

• Current California RN License.
• Weekend availability is required for this role.
• 1+ year of nursing experience (Home Health experience strongly preferred).
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate, highly self‑driven, and comfortable working independently in a home setting.
