Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, evaluation of administered treatments, and oversight of quality assurance and performance improvement activities. Additionally, you will supervise a skilled team of staff while fostering strong relationships with residents, their families, and other health care professionals.

Please note:

This position is for the NOC SHIFT (11pm-7:30am).

Qualifications:

• Graduates from an accredited school of nursing are required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the practicing state is required.

• Knowledge of long-term care is necessary.

• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.

• Current First Aid certification is essential, or you must be willing to obtain certification.

• A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.

• Experience or ongoing education in elder care is preferred.

• Applicants should exhibit professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.

• Utilize a resident and customer-focused approach to problem-solving and goal-setting.

• Basic computer skills and/or a willingness to learn are required.
