Overview
Sandisk is looking for an Associate Brand Manager, Global Consumer Solutions. As an Associate Brand Manager at Sandisk, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of brand strategies that drive awareness, growth, and consumer connection across our storage solutions portfolio, including SSDs, USBs, and memory cards.
This role is designed for someone eager to learn and grow within brand management, bringing curiosity, analytical strength, consumer-first thinking, and strong executional skills. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and help ensure our brand resonates consistently across global markets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Brand & Product Portfolio Support
- Executing strategies for consumer product storage solutions that align with brand goals, consumer needs, and market trends.
- Support the integration of brand architecture, positioning, and identity across product portfolios.
- Champion the voice of the customer to ensure brand consistency across touch points.
- Market Analysis & Insights
- Partner with research teams to gather and analyze market data, competitive intelligence, and consumer insights.
- Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations that inform product positioning and campaign planning.
- Draft and present internal documents and decks that articulate key findings, recommendations, and rationale to stakeholders.
- Product Positioning & Messaging
- Craft unique product value propositions and strong positioning statements to inform global product marketing strategies.
- Work with Product Managers and Senior Brand Manager to help translate product features into clear and compelling consumer benefits.
- Develop messaging frameworks, creative briefs, and content development activities across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
- Campaign & Go-to-Market Execution
- Design and build visually compelling assets for internal audiences that serve to cultivate enthusiasm and garner support amongst stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation of sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, training decks, and competitive battle cards.
- Help track product and portfolio performance, consumer sentiment, and ROI metrics, providing reports and recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Creative, PR, Digital, Sales, and Regional Marketing teams to support brand initiatives.
- Ensure timelines and deliverables are met through clear communication and organized execution.
- Leverage compassion and empathy to build strong relationships with partners that translate into productivity, accountability, and timely delivery of joint projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1 – 5 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or related roles (internships or entry-level experience acceptable).
- Strong foundational skills in market analysis, storytelling, and project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in consumer products, electronics, and/or technology.
- Exposure to global or cross-functional team environments.
- Passion for consumer behavior, technology, and innovation that empowers people.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
