Test Technician

Job Summary

Our client, a leader in the Electronic Manufacturing Services is looking for a test technician at their Milpitas, CA location - Day shift 0600A-0230P M-F. Key qualifications include 5+ years in HVHP manufacturing industrials, experiences in high voltage, high power (HVHP--480 VAC 3 phases) electrical manufacturing industrials with abilities in product debug/FA. An electrician license is preferred and an AA or higher degree is required.

Associates

• Execute Production Testing:
  Support the manufacturing team by testing all products according to Test Procedure Instructions (TPIs) provided by engineers.
• Ensure Compliance:
  Interpret TPIs for operators and ensure testing procedures are implemented correctly and safely.
• Perform Failure Analysis (FA):
  Conduct debug and FA procedures to troubleshoot product issues and reduce scrap/rework.
• Collaborate with Engineering:
  Work directly with Test and Process Engineers to share technical experience and practices.
• Support Special Tests:
  Assist engineers in fulfilling specialized testing and data collection based on customer requests.
