Requirement/Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Effective communication skills.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.

• Zero to one year of manufacturing or assembly experience.

• Perform fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections in accordance with quality specifications.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
• Use basic measurement tools such as microscopes.
• Support team and production goals through flexible task assignments.

• Ability to work flexible or extended hours as required.
• Ability to report to work on a regular and punctual basis.

• Manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Basic equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Quality inspection and adherence to SOPs.
• Team collaboration and communication.
