Join our dynamic AI Software & Platform Group at our direct client as an Operations Program Manager, where you'll be at the forefront of driving strategy, execution, and operational excellence for our next-generation AI security and platform offerings. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives, enhancing operational workflows with AI tools, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure our products meet the market's evolving needs.

This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a knack for storytelling, operational rigor, and a passion for AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to define and execute strategic planning sessions and product reviews.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives, aligning product, engineering, and customer teams.
• Leverage AI tools for process improvement and decision-making efficiency.
• Create high-impact executive communications for strategic narratives and updates.
• Lead go-to-market and launch readiness activities for AI products, ensuring customer alignment.

Must-Have Skills:

Industry Experience:
