Qualifications
- 4+ years recent experience in visual design craftsmanship, combined with a keen ability to anticipate and address user needs
- Prefer some knowledge of Photoshop or comparable product
- Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Experience creating UIs for mobile platforms
- Wireframes, Prototyping
- Unit Testing, Test Driven Development (TDD) and Coded UI
- Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Written communication skills including the ability to explain technical issues to a non-technical audience
