• Good in requirement analysis and design skills.
• Mandatory
  
  Skills:
  
  Core Java, strong in multithreading.
• Hands‑on and should be able to provide solutions for new requirements.
• Experience in working with "desktop application" projects.
• Good communication skill, must interface with customer and other stakeholders.
• Experience with project involving machine interaction is preferred.
• Core Java expertise with ability to drive tasks independently.
• Ability to understand current design and suggest ways to optimize.
• Good design and coding in Core Java, JNI.
• Work with different customer teams like marketing and application engineers to identify requirements.

• Understanding of OOPS, C++.
