** Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst**, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate revenue tracking and timely cash flow—key to supporting our mission of delivering cutting-edge solutions for the most demanding environments.### ###
** What You’ll Do
*** Process and issue accurate customer invoices; resolve payment discrepancies.
* Monitor outstanding invoices and manage collections for past-due accounts.
* Forecast weekly cash receipts to support financial planning.
* Apply daily cash receipts and reconcile bank transactions.
* Maintain accounting ledgers and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
* Prepare monthly aging reports and monitor credit limits.
* Handle intercompany invoicing and reconciliations.
* Support internal and external audits related to Accounts Receivable.
* Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested.### ###
** What You Need
*** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general knowledge of ERP/MRP systems – required.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance – required.
* 5–10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable – required.
* Knowledge of government contract accounting and FAR clauses – preferred.
* Familiarity with ISO and/or AS9100 standards – preferred.### ###
