Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and analytical Director Finance to join our leadership team in Milpitas, United States. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving strategic financial planning, and ensuring the long‑term financial health of our organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across all cost centers in the Consumer Business Unit.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and maintain strong internal controls.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks while optimizing financial performance.
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or Master's degree in Finance preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry or comparable organization size.
• Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong expertise in strategic financial management and corporate governance.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Experience with risk management and internal controls.
Skills
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for non‑financial stakeholders.
• Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
