Auriga Corporation currently has following vacancies in the Milpitas, California:
Key Responsibilities- Develop detailed drawings and design documentation under the direction of Architects and Engineers.
- Prepare coordinated working drawings across multiple disciplines, including:
- Architectural
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Plumbing (MEP)
- Life Safety (FDAS)
- Produce equipment layouts, elevations, sections, renderings, and detailed architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
- Create, maintain, and enhance BIM templates, families, and content libraries.
- Develop and manage Revit models, renderings, and related design tools.
- Perform BIM coordination across disciplines to ensure design consistency and clash resolution.
- Integrate submittals, manufacturer data, and as-built information into BIM models.
- Support project teams in maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling and drafting.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
. - Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination and BIM workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
