• Work with a supportive team to solve real‑world manufacturing challenges and improve processes.
• Collaborate with production teams to develop action plans and implement solutions.
• Learn how to use problem‑solving methods like 7‑Step and 8D to uncover root causes and drive improvements.
• Get hands‑on experience with creating and updating design drawings using CAD tools.
• Explore how parts and assemblies come together, and help configure Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for better designs and processes.
• Participate in exciting projects that introduce new products and improve existing ones.
• Travel opportunities (up to 25 %) to see your work in action across different locations.

• Strong problem‑solving skills and a willingness to tackle challenges.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate ideas clearly.
• Interest in mechanical design, manufacturing processes, or engineering principles.
