We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Montessori Teacher’s Aide to join our team. This role focuses on supporting afternoon school operations from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including classroom assistance and general housekeeping tasks that help maintain a warm, organized learning environment.

• General housekeeping duties, including dishwashing and laundry
• Assist with daily routines such as meals, naptime, and outdoor activities
• Supervise children during nap periods to ensure a safe and calm environment
• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to support children’s overall well-being

• A genuine passion for working with children
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
