Order Management Specialist

• Review all incoming customer purchase orders for required information for order entry
• Follow specific procedures to ensure accurate order entry and fulfillment
• Update and maintain all Sales Orders according to instructions from the Sales Ops and Planning team
• Manage internal and external communications regarding customer orders and inquiries
• Provide various reports for internal and external customers

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry
• Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills

• Experience in order management or a related field
• Familiarity with customer service best practices
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
