Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in innovative solutions, is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be an integral part of the Sales and Customer Success departments, supporting senior leadership with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to managing complex tasks, aligning successfully within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

** 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday

** What's the Job?*
* + Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives in Sales and Customer Success teams.

+ Manage and prioritize complex calendars, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business priorities.

+ Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with attention to detail.

+ Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

+ Respond promptly to urgent requests and manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 4+ years of experience supporting senior management in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

+ Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
