Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, debone, and prepare various meat products according to company standards.
• Ensure all meat is handled, stored, and displayed in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations, including tools and equipment.
• Weigh, package, and label meat products accurately for customer and wholesale sales.
• Provide excellent customer service, offering advice on cuts and preparation methods when needed.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the butchery environment.
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines while ensuring quality.
