We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Production Manager.

As our Production Manager, you play a critical role in turning that mission into reality. By leading a high‑performing team, ensuring strict quality control, and optimizing production processes, you directly contribute to the reliable, efficient, and consistent delivery of our cutting‑edge energy storage systems. Your work supports every stage of our value chain, from precision manufacturing and quality assurance to on‑time delivery, helping us uphold the exceptional standards we are known for.

• Enhanced Operational Efficiency – Drive continuous improvements in workflows, resource utilization, and team performance to ensure production targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Higher Quality and Compliance – Ensure all production processes meet established quality standards and comply with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.

• Effectively lead and manage the production team to ensure optimal performance.
• Set clear expectations for each team member’s role and responsibilities to ensure accountability and alignment.
• Monitor real‑time attendance and ensure that daily staffing levels meet operational demands.
• Apply discipline consistently and fairly, addressing performance or conduct issues without favoritism or bias.
• Promote open communication by creating a safe environment where team members feel heard and respected.
• Keep the team informed of company goals, performance metrics, and operational changes to ensure alignment and motivation.
• Maintain a positive and respectful working environment by addressing interpersonal or operational conflicts quickly and professionally.
• Mediate disputes in a neutral and objective manner, ensuring all parties feel heard and respected.
• Encourage professionalism in handling disagreements, ensuring issues do not elevate or disrupt productivity.
• Implement fair solutions that reflect company values and maintain team morale.

• Uphold a culture of safety and ensure full compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
• Enforce safety protocols consistently across all teams.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all staff, with no exceptions.
• Proactively address hazards and report non‑compliance or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Ensure all team members are trained on safety procedures and that these procedures are reviewed regularly.
