As a Talent Manager, you’ll take ownership of a high-profile financial services account, leading recruitment operations that handle high-volume hiring across multiple business functions. You’ll shape talent strategy, lead and inspire your team, and ensure recruitment delivery runs smoothly at scale.
This is a fast-paced role where your leadership and operational expertise will directly impact both client satisfaction and team performance.
What You’ll Be Doing- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across non-technical roles, managing high-volume hiring with efficiency and precision.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business objectives and forecasted needs.
- Oversee profitability for the account, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies and leverage market intelligence to anticipate hiring needs and trends.
- Proactively identify process improvements to streamline high-volume recruitment operations while maintaining candidate experience.
- Extensive experience in high-volume recruitment management.
- A proven track record of developing and retaining high-performing recruitment teams.
- Confidence managing senior and challenging stakeholders in high-pressure environments.
- Experience in consulting & banking or RPO environments ideally with global exposure.
- Strong understanding of talent markets, recruitment trends, and high-volume sourcing strategies.
- A proactive, results-driven leader who thrives under pressure and can maintain service excellence at scale.
