• Registration as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) with SACQSP

• 5 – 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting QS environment

• Strong working knowledge of WinQS and DimX

• Expertise in delay analysis and quantum calculations

• Proven experience in claims management

• A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying

• Conduct and manage cost planning, analysis, and control throughout project life cycles

• Lead delay analysis and quantum calculations related to project claims

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective cost and contract management

• Provide strategic insight into complex commercial and contractual challenges
