• Greeting our customers and ensuring they have a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to confirm tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are completed
• Keeping facilities clean and safe for customers and associates
• Building skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to understand and comply with Penske instructions, guidelines, rules, and safety policies
• Compliance with DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety and maintenance policies; proper use of tools, PPE, and safety practices
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
• As this position requires driving Penske and customer vehicles, a current driver qualification file is maintained per role requirements, including annual MVR check, DOT Physical, and Safety History records. CDL holders will have a DOT Drug Screen within 30 days of start and FMCSA Clearinghouse review
• Willingness to work the required schedule at the specified location, complete Penske employment application, background screening, drug screen, DOT physical, and potential travel for training
