RN Nurse Educator
Excelcare Egg Harbor is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable RN Nurse Educator to join our team and support the professional development of our clinical staff. This role is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering education programs that promote clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and evidence-based practice. The Nurse Educator plays a vital role in onboarding, ongoing training, competency development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning to enhance quality of care and patient outcomes.

- Plan, develop, and implement staff education programs and in-services
- Support Director of Nursing in managing daily clinical operations
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and clinical training to nursing staff
- Monitor staff competencies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new clinical team members
- Active RN license in New Jersey (required)
- Previous experience as Nurse Educator, ADON, or nursing leadership in long-term care preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and teaching skills
- Commitment to resident-centered care and staff development
