• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Oversee proper documentation, medication administration, and adherence to resident care plans
• Provide direct care when needed and respond to medical emergencies promptly
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor staff compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment through mentorship and leadership
• Participate in staff evaluations, training, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives

• Current Registered Nurse ( RN ) or Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) license in the state of New Jersey
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Solid clinical judgment and the ability to prioritize under pressure
• A proactive, resident-focused mindset and a team-first attitude
