What You'll Do
  • Guide prospective home buyers through their journey of discovering and personalizing their dream home.
  • Showcase our beautiful model home and expertly communicate the unique features and benefits of our properties.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential buyers and real estate professionals.
  • Close sales and manage the process from initial contact through contract signing and construction.
  • Create and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new prospects.
  • Maintain impeccable records and documentation throughout the sales process.

  • Exceeding sales targets through proactive lead generation and relationship building.
  • Creating exceptional customer experiences that result in referrals and positive reviews.
  • Building a strong network of real estate professionals who trust you as a valuable partner.

What You'll Need

  • Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
  • Real estate license preferred but not required.
