Focuses on maintaining and repairing vehicles within a fleet. Their primary purpose is to ensure the operational readiness, safety and reliability of the fleet by conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing necessary repairs.

• Performs basic inspections and preventative maintenance. Moves equipment as needed.
• Performs basic repairs and intermediate maintenance under supervision.
• Shop clean‑up and organization.
• Utilizes the Fleet Maintenance software system program.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0 - 3 years’ relevant work experience.
• Basic computer competency.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s license.
