The Programmer/Analyst III will design and implement complex technical projects, develop realistic timelines, and work independently with minimal supervision. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep business knowledge, and the ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multiple business areas while mentoring junior team members.

• Act as SME in two or more business/technical areas
• Design, program, or configure highly complex technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with business users and facilitate communication between technical and functional teams
• Implement new systems and enhancements while business operations continue
• Create and review functional and technical specifications and recommend alternative solutions
• Protect company assets, including hardware and software
• Mentor and support junior team members

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 5–8 years of experience as a Programmer/Analyst
• Strong full life‑cycle development experience
• Solid database knowledge, Oracle Designer/Developer, SQL & PL/SQL
• Project Management skills
• Ability to work independently on complex projects
