DiPietro Law LLC, a successful estate planning, elder law, and estate and trust administration firm founded by Leslie Case DiPietro, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a team member committed to supporting our growing business. Engaging, sincere, and dynamic professionals who thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment are ideal candidates. Legal experience is preferred but not required.
This position requires significant discretion and broad responsibility in supporting the firm’s business operations. Responsibilities include a wide range of tasks with an emphasis on customer service, communications, and organization. The Administrative Assistant interacts with new and existing clients face-to-face, via email, and over the telephone while providing professional support services. External communication is a critical part of the role, as the Administrative Assistant will help build and maintain strong client relationships.

Please Note:This position requires working at both our Millsboro and Millville offices according to a schedule determined by the firm. Applicants must be comfortable splitting their time between both locations.

Responsibilities- Support day-to-day client operations, handling communications and issues promptly.
- Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a professional, welcoming experience and connecting them with the right office personnel.
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and appointment confirmations.
- Conduct introductory calls with prospective clients to guide them toward scheduling an initial consultation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, emails, and faxes.
- Scan, organize, and maintain records, legal documents, and other important files.
- Maintain professional communications with team members, marketing partners, facility management, and vendors.
- Coordinate witnesses and serve as a notary public for document signings when needed.
- Assist with special projects, process improvements, and other duties as assigned.
- Take initiative, work independently, and keep tasks moving forward.
- Experienced – Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience demonstrating customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Dependable – Reliable and consistent, able to follow through on tasks without constant supervision.
- People-Oriented – Enjoys interacting with others and collaborating on team projects.
- Detail-Oriented – Prioritizes accuracy and thoroughness, paying close attention to all aspects of work.

Ms. DiPietro’s professional career came about from her own personal experience with a family health care crisis.
