Day Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Lodge at Mills River. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with medical professionals, and ensure the well‑being of our patients. Shift: 7am-7pm.

$38.00/hr - $42.00/hr

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to physicians as needed
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs and other healthcare staff
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

• Active LPN License
• Experience in a long‑term care/skilled nursing setting preferred but not required
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
