The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Project Manager who’s ready to own their projects from start to finish. At CK Commercial, PMs aren’t just schedulers, they’re leaders who build relationships, solve problems, and keep the team moving forward.
What You’ll Do- Lead day-to-day project management for secure and complex commercial projects.
- Drive schedules, budgets, and overall project execution.
- Collaborate closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout.
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers and help grow the next generation of leaders.
- Represent CK with professionalism, accountability, and a touch of fun.
- 4–8 years of construction management experience with a proven record delivering projects.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methods, contracts, and documentation.
- Ability to lead meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Problem-solver who thrives in high-pressure situations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: able to balance details while keeping the big picture in view.
