Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Anne Arundel County. This role provides comprehensive operational and administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations while assisting executive leadership with critical administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and excels at multitasking, communication, and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate shared work spaces and manage the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.

+ Maintain operational documentation, logs, and recurring task calendars.

+ Assist with planning and coordinating company meetings, training sessions, and internal events, including social activities.

+ Serve as the primary liaison with property management, cleaning services, contractors, and maintenance vendors to ensure facilities are well maintained.

+ Maintain company vehicle inventory, assignments, and records, including registration renewals and compliance documentation.

+ Support IT onboarding for new hires, including account setup, system access, and equipment distribution.

+ Provide basic IT troubleshooting support, such as password resets and connectivity assistance.

+ Manage executive calendars, coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, and assist with expense tracking and reconciliation.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, administration, executive support, or related roles.

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- High proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint.

- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

- Experience coordinating with vendors or service providers is preferred.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion.

- Demonstrated ability to follow through on assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
