Carpenter; Bathroom Remodeling

Overview

Woodland Bath Company is a locally owned and operated bath remodel company. We are seeking individuals that are mastering their craft, great communicators, willing to learn, attention to details and willing to provide a white glove level of service that our homeowners deserve and expect. We are looking for top notch trained professionals with the ability to demo/install complete bathrooms. Bathroom Installers are responsible to demolition and install all aspects of bathrooms including showers, baths, sinks, toilets, flooring and storage units.

• Commission and bonus pay (75k to 100k annually)

• Check-in with the Production Manager every morning to review projects of the day, set expectations, answer any questions
• Experience in all aspects of bathroom remodeling
• Utilize a helper when needed
• Preferred familiarity with proper installation of acrylic products
• Demo of existing bathroom; haul away debris. Keep jobsite spotless
• All construction work as it relates to the bathroom (demo/install all aspects of a bathroom)
• Preparing materials, delivering to job site, etc
• Requires more advanced carpentry skills like building walls
• Light Plumbing
• Light drywall
• Extreme attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Perform walk-through, answer questions and communicate open / turn in all necessary updates and/or documents at end of job to the Production Manager
