• Greet customers, operate the register, and process cashier transactions.
• Make product and promotion suggestions to increase sales.
• Lead shifts on a regular basis, providing entry‑level management experience.
• Assist in maintaining high standards for store appearance and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily store goals and provide fast, friendly service.
• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Entry‑level management experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lifting and/or carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms for up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bending at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour in a shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; may require ladder use for retrieving materials.
