This on-site role requires daily involvement in operations, collaborating closely with production teams, and leading a small team to manage demand planning, purchasing, and logistics. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and experience in improving operational efficiencies, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining supplier relationships.
