Job Title: IT Technical Support Specialist
Location: Milledgeville, GA 31062 (Hybrid | Local candidates only)
Job SummaryThe IT Technical Support Specialist will provide hands-on technical support for end-user systems, hardware, and software. This role involves troubleshooting desktops, laptops, peripherals, and applications while supporting Active Directory and basic networking in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, Surface Pros, and peripheral devices
- Troubleshoot software issues including MS Office 365, VPN, Adobe, McAfee, and related tools
- Install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware and software
- Support Active Directory environments and user access
- Perform basic network troubleshooting using command-line tools
- Assist with system upgrades, fixes, and end-user training
- 3+ years of IT technical support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows systems and peripherals
- Experience in Active Directory environments
- Proficiency in software installation and issue resolution
- Basic networking and command-line troubleshooting knowledge
