Intake Coordinator – Spectrum Health Systems, Inc.

Location: Outpatient Treatment Program, Millbury, MA

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am‑4:00 pm

Pay rate: $20.70‑$23.97/hour

• Respond to and handle all incoming calls to the Intake Department in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure proper procedures are adhered to so all intake appointments are appropriately booked and authorized while providing initial insurance verification prior to the client visit.
• Fill out client intake forms and assign clients to the appropriate program.

• 1–3 years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Knowledge of third‑party insurance benefits, eligibility, and billing procedures preferred.
• Must be able to calculate figures to provide treatment costs; calculator permitted.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to handle complex and confidential information required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel, both within and outside the company required.
