Luxury Boutique Security Officer

Location: Short Hills, NJ

Position Type: Part-Time and Full-Time

Schedule: All days available – 1st and 2nd shifts

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on store assignment)

We are seeking professional and experienced Luxury Boutique Security Officers to provide security coverage for high-end retail boutiques in the Short Hills, NJ mall area
. Officers will be responsible for maintaining a strong and professional security presence while delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.

This position involves covering multiple boutique stores as needed
, ensuring the safety of customers, employees, and merchandise while maintaining the high standards expected in luxury retail settings.

• Maintain a highly visible and professional security presence within luxury retail boutiques
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring a safe shopping environment
• Monitor store activity to deter theft and suspicious behavior
• Conduct routine patrols within assigned retail areas
• Communicate with store management and staff regarding security concerns
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents or emergencies Enforce store policies and security procedures

• Active NJ SORA Guard Card License (Required)
• Prior security experience required
• Luxury retail or boutique security experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during long shifts
• Professional appearance and demeanor required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to maintain utmost professionalism in a high-end retail environment

• Competitive pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour depending on store assignment
