KPMG is currently seeking an Advisory Associate for our Advisory practice
Responsibilities:
* Deliver consulting projects for Life Sciences clients focused on process improvements or technology implementations in the Regulatory Affairs and Quality functions
* Prepare client deliverables and support projects related to Quality and Regulatory process transformation, operational improvements, organizational redesign and evolving regulations and standards
* Perform analysis on regulatory and quality related processes, data, business requirements, operating models, IT systems
* Support identification of opportunities to implement automation or emerging technologies to streamline processes in Life Sciences
* Assist projects related to system implementations and/or digital solutions
* Maintain progress tracking of project milestones to help ensure timely delivery of project deliverables; provide input for engagement decisions, including work plan, timeline and project management
* Participate in internal initiatives for the Life Science Solutions team as well as business development opportunities
Qualifications:
* Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors;
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Regulatory Affairs/Sciences, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, Operations Analysis, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent program from an accredited college or university
* Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.00 or above
* Preferred professional services or consulting experience with exposure to the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry
* Preferred understanding of Regulatory, Safety and/or Quality related data and documents
* Preferred experience with Regulatory Information Management (RIM) systems, Document Management systems, Pharmacovigilance systems and/or Quality Management Systems implementation using Computer Systems Validation (CSV), as well as experience in emerging technologies including Machine Learning, RPA, Data and Analytics
* Strong foundational skills including strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, MS Office expertise, impactful client presence, compelling facilitation and presentation skills
* Must reside within a commutable distance of the office for this position and be responsible for your own transportation, such as personal vehicle or public transportation, to get to and from office / client locations to satisfactorily fulfill your job duties, as determined by your practice leadership
* Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need; you must be located within the U.S. when working remotely; client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay
