Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in Millburn, NJ. The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients to aid in their rehabilitation and recovery. Responsibilities include evaluating conditions, designing therapy plans, monitoring patient progress, and providing education on prevention and wellness. The role requires collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  • 1-on-1, 60-minute private sessions treating athletes and active, motivated adults

Qualifications
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in New Jersey
  • Strong orthopedic and exercise science knowledge

  • Skilled in developing individualized, patient-centered treatment plans
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong patient rapport and foster trust
  • Self-motivated with initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable providing 1-on-1 care and working independently
