ABOUT THE JOB

You know you want to manage a restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a Domino’s Pizza store, the industry leader in pizza delivery. Your role will be fun, challenging, and will help you grow both personally and professionally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all activities during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set a positive example and enforce policies and procedures 100% of the time while expecting the same from your crew.
• Oversee staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, store image, marketing, profitability, customer service, attendance, punctuality, and store cleanliness.
• Ensure transportation to and from work is available for yourself and the crew.

ADVANCEMENT

Many team members start as delivery drivers and advance to management, general manager, or franchisee. The pathway can lead to leadership roles in Corporate Operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive telephone orders, take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean daily.
• Undergo orientation and on‑the‑job training.
• Strong communication skills: comprehend and give correct written instructions, and communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / SKILLS

• Perform accurate math and make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate motor skills for rapid and precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Physical dexterity: add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly; use hand tools and coordinate eye‑hand movements.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Job requires regular stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching. Tasks include forward bending at the pizza assembly station, reaching above 72 inches to operate oven controls, and lifting cartons from storage.

Continuous hand use for shaping dough, manipulating pizza peel, and preparing boxes.

DRIVING SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES

• Deliver product by car to customer door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

REQUIRES

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Insured vehicle available for delivery.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS (Driving)

• Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, and private homes while carrying product.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
• Drive within the delivery area, potentially making several deliveries per shift.
• Walk between store and vehicle, and to customer locations.
• Climb up five or more flights of stairs during deliveries.
