We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Catering Sales Manager to join our team. As a Senior Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by selling our exceptional catering services to corporate clients, social event planners, and wedding couples.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of catering sales experience in a hotel or resort setting
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in event management software and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and menu planning
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
