This is a full‑time, on‑site Branch Manager position located in Millbrae, CA. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a team of employees to meet business and sales goals. Responsibilities include managing branch staff, developing relationships with customers, addressing banking needs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting Poppy Bank’s products and services to the community.

• Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills.
• Customer relationship-building, client service, and sales expertise in a banking environment.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and operational procedures.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in commercial lending, business banking, and branch management is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
• Proficiency in banking software and tools, as well as basic financial analysis.
