Certified Pilates Instructor

The Club offers a wide range of activities, including tennis lessons, swimming programs, fitness classes, and personal training, as well as seasonal events like summer barbecues and winter holiday parties. This is an on-site contract role for a Certified Pilates Instructor at Scott Valley Swimming & Tennis Club, located in Mill Valley, CA. The Certified Pilates Instructor will lead Pilates classes for members, ensuring proper technique and safety, and tailoring workouts to clients' needs and fitness levels. The role involves planning and conducting group exercise sessions, fostering a supportive class experience, and maintaining a positive and engaging environment.

• Expertise in Pilates Instruction and knowledge of safe practices in physical fitness
• Experience leading Group Exercise sessions and familiarity with ongoing client engagement
• Background in Physical Therapy principles or proactive injury prevention techniques (preferred but not required)
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure high-quality client interactions
• Teaching experience with a focus on promoting health, fitness, and well-being
• Certified Pilates Instructor certification (required)
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain before starting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
