Become a local face for the fastest growing youth soccer program in the North Bay! We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will help lead our little stars in fun and educational activities in a non-competitive environment. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children and/or youth sports, is extremely reliable, and has a positive, engaging energy.
(Background check will be required.) Pay for our Assistant Coach role starts at $22‑25 per hour, depending on experience. If a candidate pursues a path to become a Lead Coach, pay increases to $30‑35 per class once promoted, based on weekly coaching hours and tenure.
- Lead each class following our customized, age‑appropriate enrichment curriculum focused on developing the whole child.
- Provide individual attention to ensure every child has success.
- Use a non‑competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress‑free environment.
- Employ positive reinforcement to encourage children to improve and celebrate success.
- Enjoy the role, remain open‑minded, welcome feedback, and strive to improve by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
- Monday‑Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Monday‑Friday: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Weekends: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Classes are held at local schools, parks, and recreational centers in Marin and Sonoma Counties. Coaches may be expected to travel up to 15 miles one way to get to a class location, with a daily commute stipend offered for all coaches traveling across city borders.
