Associate Manager - Wholesale Operations

The Associate Manager of Wholesale Operations reports into the VP of Wholesale and is responsible for supporting all operational aspects of our retail channels including, but not limited to the following:

• Lead point person for all Retail orders with key retail accounts
• Process all Retail PO’s via Shopify and/or EDI
• Track all retail PO’s to ensure on time delivery
• Work closely with warehouse team on status of all orders
• Communicate with key accounts on order status regularly
• Support Wholesale team with all sampling and marketing needs for each retailer including ordering and tracking of the samples
• Order and track gratis and GWP’s to stores and field team
• Oversee retail creative assets and work closely with internal creative team to ensure all assets meet the needs of each retailer
• Project manage all retail creative requests
• Responsible for all retail intake forms
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to complete QVC claims documentation
• Create detailed kitting instructions for the warehouse team, ensuring accurate packout in compliance with QVC guidelines
• Assist in the execution of channel marketing plans per channel
• Assist in the execution of sampling plans across all channels
• Assist in day-to-day wholesale account needs

• 3-4 Years of experience
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
• Detail oriented and extremely organized
• Adept at managing concurrent tasks and meeting time-sensitive objectives.
• Exhibits teamwork by fostering solid organizational and interpersonal proficiencies.
• Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time.
