Overview
We’re a B2B/B2C marketing agency supporting a major global semiconductor company that’s launching a new consumer sub‑brand and its first product (a digital stethoscope) in the US. They already use Braze and we’re looking for a specialist who can help us design, configure, and manage their lifecycle programs. You’ll partner with our strategy team to translate go‑to‑market plans into Braze journeys, then own day‑to‑day execution.
Scopeof Work
- Discovery & Audit
- Review the client’s existing Braze instance, data model, and current campaigns.
- Document key events, attributes, and integrations relevant to D2C and Amazon sales.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in their current lifecycle setup.
- Strategy & Architecture
- Collaborate with our team to translate customer journeys into Braze‑ready flows.
- Define segments (e.g., med students vs. broader consumer/gift buyers) and map triggers/conditions for each.
- Recommend data and event requirements to support the journeys.
- Build & Configuration
- Configure and launch core flows in Braze, including at minimum:
- Welcome/onboarding
- Cart abandonment
- Post purchase / product education
- Re engagement / winback
- Clone/variant flows by segment where needed.
- Set up templates, content blocks, and naming/taxonomy conventions that are easy to maintain.
- Testing, Reporting & Optimization
- Implement QA and testing processes across emails, triggers, and events.
- Set up reporting inside Braze for key KPIs (deliverability, engagement, conversion by flow/segment).
- Propose and run ongoing A/B tests (subject lines, content, cadence, audience logic).
- Collaboration
- Join working sessions (US hours) with our team and the client’s marketing lead.
- Clearly document setup, assumptions, and handoff materials so others can maintain what you build.
- Ability to work overlapping with US Eastern time for key meetings.
- Clear communicator who can document your work and collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with coordinating CRM across D2C website + Amazon storefront.
- Prior work partnering with agencies on multi‑channel launches.
Start:
March 2026 (target), subject to final client approval.
Initial phase:
Project-based setup (audit, strategy, build and launch of initial flows).
Potential extension:
Ongoing monthly optimization and management based on performance and client needs.
