Overview:
A well-established outpatient clinic is seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist to join a collaborative and patient-focused team. This role is ideal for someone who values work-life balance, clinical freedom, and opportunities for growth in a supportive setting. You'll thrive in an environment that encourages continuing education, collaboration across specialties, and clinical creativity.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide one-on-one patient evaluations and follow-up treatments

  • Develop customized rehab plans using exercise, manual therapy, and education

  • Collaborate with aides and other wellness professionals

  • Work with a diverse patient population from athletes to older adults

  • Document sessions using an efficient and user-friendly EMR system

  • Participate in staff meetings and optional community wellness events

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited PT program (DPT preferred)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal teams and clients

  • New grads preferred - training and mentorship available!

  • Active PT license in California or eligibility to obtain

  • Being able to work with diverse clientele
